Spa Visage has operated in Knoxville since 2000. Tim Varney and Blake Henry bought the spa in 2018 from its founders, Frank and Belinda Gambuzza. They also own Pure Luxe Salon, Spa, and Medspa in Knoxville, and Pure Luxe Medspa, a sister company, has a second location in the same shopping center, next to Spa Visage. Spa Visage has operated in Knoxville since 2000. Tim Varney and Blake Henry bought the spa in 2018 from its founders, Frank and Belinda Gambuzza. The medspa offers injectables and microneedling under physician oversight, with treatments given by registered nurses.

The spa describes its mission as taking care of each guest and aims for a luxury experience built around the senses. It says it works with brands that offer high-quality products and equipment. The spa calls itself Knoxville's Most Awarded Day Spa and the most trusted day spa name in East Tennessee; those are the spa's own descriptions.

The space covers about 6,500 square feet and includes a front desk and lobby with retail products, a nail room, a pedicure room, a massage room, a couples room and an aesthetic room. Clients are invited to use the women's lounge, dry sauna, showers and locker rooms before and after their appointments. A waxing station is also on site.

Facial menus range from a 30-minute Visage Facial and a 30-minute Back Facial to a 75-minute Ultimate Facial that adds a calf and foot massage. The DiamondGlow treatment, a 45-minute face and body service, uses a patented 3-in-1 device that exfoliates, extracts from pores and infuses serums. Massage options include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, Healing Stone and Pregnancy, and a therapist consults with you before the session. Massage is priced at one rate across all massage services.

The aesthetics team builds skin and lash treatment plans around short-term and long-term goals. Gift cards are valid at Spa Visage only, and bonus gift cards are mailed to the address the purchaser gives when ordering.

The spa says its goal is to look after each guest and to offer a sensory, luxury-style visit. It partners with brands it considers high quality for its products and equipment, and its aesthetics team plans skin and lash treatments around each client's goals.
