A visit usually begins with a complimentary 30-minute full face consultation covering skin and facial assessment. Clients leave with a written plan and a price range, and nothing is sold in the room. Treatment pricing is personalized and quoted at that consultation. Appointments are limited, so most new clients are seen within about a week, and walk-ins are welcome during business hours.

Injectable options include dermal filler for lips, cheeks, chin and jaw, and neurotoxin with Botox, Dysport or Jeuveau for forehead lines, 11s and crow's feet. Sculptra is offered as a collagen stimulator that builds volume gradually. On the skin side, microneedling addresses texture, pores, fine lines and acne scarring, and MediGold pairs microneedling with Botox and stem cells. Most injectable and skin treatments take about an hour, while neurotoxin takes about 20 minutes and is described as showing results within 5 to 14 days.

The Den Society is a membership that banks monthly credit usable toward injectables, lasers, facials and skincare. There are three tiers: Skin at $99, Glow at $149 and Den at $275 per month, each with a matching credit that rolls over. Membership has a three-month minimum and then continues month to month. It can be cancelled with 30 days' notice, and banked credit stays usable for six months after cancelling.

Payment is made on arrival rather than online. Financing is available through Cherry or Advance Care with a soft credit check. Neurotoxin is dosed conservatively and includes a complimentary two-week check, and the practice describes a preference for under-treating over selling a larger treatment at a single visit.

Plans aim for the smallest effective dose, and skincare is started when the skin barrier is compromised.
