Kirstin Vail founded The Babe Den and is its only provider, performing every consultation, treatment and follow-up herself. She is a licensed nurse injector and RN, and she came from high-volume med spas before opening the practice.
Her training includes an advanced aesthetic injectable certification, advanced training in full-face balancing and lip technique, and ongoing cadaver-lab training in facial anatomy. She works as a corrective skin specialist for melasma, acne scarring and barrier repair.
She has eight years of practice. She does not work on commission and does not use a sales script.
