The studio works out of suite 117 inside Phenix Salon Suites on Knapps at 3043 Knapp Street NE in Grand Rapids. Monday, Thursday and Friday run into the evening, Tuesday and Wednesday are shorter days, and the studio is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

About

Every brow service begins with custom brow mapping. Brow waxing can be done with sugar, soft wax or hard wax, and the provider recommends the method that suits each client's skin. Brow lamination chemically lifts brows into shape and can be booked with or without a tint that adds depth.

Lash work includes tints that darken lashes to the shade a client wants and several lift options. The Viral Lash Lift uses a cysteamine-based solution and is described as a gentler, more nourishing choice, while the Express Lash Lift and Tint uses a thioglycolate solution. Both lifts last up to eight weeks.

Hair services cover trims, bang trims, full cuts with a wash, cut, dry and style, root touch-ups, all-over color, partial and full foils, and a money piece that highlights only the front pieces. For a full cut, clients are asked to bring a reference picture.

Waxing is the largest part of the menu, covering face, body and intimate areas with sugar or wax options for many of them. Jelly mask treatments use hyaluronic acid, and the Deluxe Brazilian jelly mask includes a hot towel and extractions after the wax. Combination appointments such as The BBL, The Traveler and Girls Best Friend bundle brows and waxing into one visit, and Lifted + Tinted pairs a lash lift and tint with a brow lamination.

Clients should know that a 50% cancellation fee applies, and they are asked to let the studio know as soon as possible if they need to reschedule. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards and packages can be purchased through the website.

Each service is adjusted to the individual client, and the provider recommends the wax type that suits their skin.
