Advanced skin care is a large part of the menu. Botanical peels come in several named versions, some with an aftercare kit, and are scheduled either year-round or from September through February. The Signature Corrective Facial is a hybrid of facial and peel, with one of four protocols chosen by the aesthetician and built on Lira Clinical enzymes and peel solutions. The spa describes the Botanical Pure Peel as giving results similar to a Jessner peel without the downtime. The Smart Peel Series of three includes an introductory Botanical Refresh Peel and two advanced peels, with an aftercare kit.

Massage and bodywork rituals run about 90 minutes and include tea service with Dushanbe Teahouse wellness teas. Options include Indonesian, Balinese and Jasmine-based scrubs and wraps, salt and mud rituals, and hot basalt stone treatments, with Cuccio Naturalé products used for salt soaks, massage oils and body butters. Foot soaks run 40 minutes.

The spa offers oncology-focused services for clients who are in cancer treatment or within six months of their final treatment, with reduced pricing on eligible services. Products used for these clients are oncology-safe, fragrance-free formulas made for compromised skin barriers.

Nail services include Gel X extensions in several shapes, gel manicures and pedicures, and nail art, using Apres and Valentino's V Beauty Pure gel lines. The spa does not offer soak-off for enhancements applied elsewhere, because removal methods vary by product. Lash services use a keratin-free, vegan, plant-based lash lift system, and new lash clients need a free patch test 24 to 48 hours before their first set. Waxing uses Berodin products and Black Coral Hybrid wax, with pre-wax cleansing and post-wax care, and the spa recommends waxing every four to six weeks.

Focuses on skin health with products the spa describes as holistic and nature-based, and on client education, from pre- and post-wax care to simple homecare routines.
