Sarah M. Vail L.E. is the director and owner of The Avalon Day Spa and a licensed aesthetician. She focuses on oncology and autoimmune-related skincare and takes on more complex skin cases. Her credentials include an oncology skincare certification from Oncology Training International and a Clinical Esthetic Certification from Concepts Institute of Advanced Esthetics, whose coursework covers advanced skin analysis, high frequency and galvanic facials, LED facials, hyperpigmentation and aromatherapy.

Her further training includes advanced peels and the treatment of melasma through Lira Clinical, collagen induction therapy (microneedling) through Candela Medical, microcurrent skin rejuvenation through Bio-Therapeutic, and Geneo+ treatments through Pollagen/Lumenis. She is also certified in Biodynamic Lymphatic Drainage, dermaplane facial treatments, and Nano Infusion with both Le Mieux Pro and Rezenerate. CIDESCO International training covers Shiatsu, Viennese and European facial massage, and the treatment of rosacea and sensitive skin. She holds more than 40 certifications and diplomas in advanced education.

Her work across the spa covers skincare, bodywork, waxing and sugaring, and lash services. She also teaches monthly classes on skincare at home, including managing skin conditions on a budget.
