The salon describes itself as specializing in lash extensions only. Its menu covers classic, hybrid, volume, and mega volume styles, including full sets and refills at several intervals. Set and fill prices depend on the level of artist, and a Hollywood mega volume set is among the top-tier options. Swarovski crystals or colored lashes can be added to a set for an extra $10. Each full set includes a complimentary 15-minute follow-up.

Beyond extensions, the menu includes brow shaping, brow tinting, brow lamination, and a combined lamination with tint and shaping. Lash lifts and lash tinting are offered, as are bottom lash services and waxing for the lip or chin, brows, and underarms. Brow and lash packages combine several of these services in one visit.

Booking can be done online through the booking site or by phone. A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for salon bookings, and a virtual consultation is offered at no charge. Clients are asked to arrive with no eye makeup and without mascara, and to stay still for one to two hours. Anyone arriving more than 15 minutes late may have the appointment cancelled. Tips are not included in the prices, and 15 to 20 percent is suggested.

The salon runs membership cards with yearly fees, and says memberships include discounts on refills and products along with aftercare kits and perks such as free refreshers. Memberships last one year from purchase and are tied to the named cardholder. The salon also runs Academy courses for technicians at beginner, advanced volume, and master levels, and says it is hiring experienced eyelash technicians.

The salon focuses on eyelash extensions alone and says it keeps up with new lash techniques and products. Extensions are attached with a medical-grade adhesive, according to the salon.
