Clients book through the salon's GlossGenius page. New clients can book a free 10-minute consultation, and an extension consultation (free, 20 minutes) is offered for K-Tip extensions only. A consultation is also requested before any Vivid service. Several color services ask new clients for a deposit, ranging from $30 to $70 depending on the service.

The menu covers cuts and color in one visit. Cut & Style ($70, 60 minutes) includes a wash, precision haircut, blow-dry and styling, using premium shampoos and conditioners chosen for each hair type. A Barber Cut ($40, 30 minutes) includes a wash and light finish, and beard shaping ($20) can be added to a haircut or booked alone. Bang trims and edge-ups are quick 15-minute services. Color options run from a semi-permanent glaze to all-over color, root touch-ups, and Vivid shades ranging from vibrant neons to deep tones.

Hours are Tuesday through Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday, 10 AM to 2 PM. The salon is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Cancellations or changes need 48 hours' notice to avoid a fee; cancellations inside 48 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled service. In-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid over time with Buy Now, Pay Later, subject to approval before the appointment.
