Services fall into three areas: facials, lash lifts and brow lamination. Facials come in three lengths and price points, and each is tailored to the client's skin type and goals. Every facial begins with a consultation and skin analysis, then moves through cleansing, exfoliation, massage, extractions when needed, a mask, serum, moisturizer, sun protection and a lip treatment. Complimentary enhancements such as extended massage, a second mask or steam are chosen based on skin goals and any contraindications. Cryo globes, ultrasonic technology and LED light therapy are available as tools within facials, and the business describes each by what it is meant to do.

The studio says its esthetic approach is built around ease, efficiency and efficacy, and that its products and techniques are meant to support results and relaxation during the visit. Brow lamination lifts and sets brows upward with a nourishing treatment, and a combo version adds shaping and wax hair removal. Korean lash lifts can be paired with a black tint.

Policies are worth reading before booking. Clients must be 18 or older. A nonrefundable $20 deposit applies and can transfer once for a reschedule. Changes made within 48 hours of an appointment carry a $25 charge to the card on file, and clients who arrive sick are not treated and are charged the same fee. Late arrivals get a 10-minute grace period, and guests are not allowed in the treatment room. Facials and brow lamination cannot be combined into one visit. Refunds are not offered after a service is performed, though clients unhappy with results should text within 48 hours and a complimentary correction may be offered within 7 days.
