The facial menu follows a barrier-first approach, with protocols inspired by corneotherapy principles. Skin essentials facials include Custom Reset, a 75-minute first-step facial that comes before other corrective treatments, Acne Relief for oily or acne-prone skin, and Soothing Support, a 60-minute facial with red light therapy for rosacea, sensitive or inflamed skin. Advanced options include DNH Peels (Blue Peel as a beginner option and Triphase BioRenew as an advanced one), Green Sea Peel, a deeper resurfacing treatment using marine-derived spicules that can cause visible peeling during recovery, and Rejuragen 2.0 bioneedling in Levels 1 and 2. Rejuragen Level 1 is described as less intensive than Green Sea Peel. Brightening Protocol is built on CO2 activation with niacinamide, lemon-derived vitamin C and tranexamic acid. Bioneedling is not suitable for people with dermatitis, severe rosacea, sunburned skin, or a shellfish allergy including iodine.

Body hair removal is done with an all-natural sugar paste as an alternative to waxing. Options cover arms, face, midsection, lower body, underarms and full body sugaring, along with Sugar Duo and Sugar Trio bundles. The Sugar and Soothe Experience costs $110 and runs about 40 minutes. A Vajacial add-on is a 30-minute treatment that the site describes as addressing ingrown hairs and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation after Brazilian sugaring. Intimate Brightening is sold only as a three-treatment package for $190 and must follow a Brazilian sugaring.

Booking requires a $20 non-refundable deposit and a card on file. Clients sign a consultation and consent form before any service, and new or first-time facial clients should arrive 10 minutes early to complete it. Final payment can be made by Tap to Pay or cash; Zelle and Apple Pay are not accepted, and checking out through the booking software carries a 2.7% fee. Arriving more than 10 minutes late incurs a $25 fee, and appointments are cancelled after 15 minutes with a charge of 50% of the total. Rescheduling needs 48 hours notice, and same-day squeeze-ins carry a $25 fee. Only one guest is allowed per appointment, and services and retail purchases are final sale.
