Clinicians draft a personalized plan for each client based on their needs and goals. The studio treats the ambience and hospitality of the space as part of the visit, and each client is assigned a private concierge. The team says its supplements are high-quality and clinically effective, and that it has helped hundreds of people reach healthier lifestyle goals.

Clients can join the AE Society membership program, which offers discounts, services and perks such as exclusive hours, priority access to providers, a dedicated client liaison and a referral rewards program. Payment plans are available through Cherry and CareCredit. Cherry applications take about a minute with no hard credit check, and Cherry plans include 0% APR options as well as interest-bearing plans with APRs as low as 5.99%, with approvals up to $50,000.

Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours are charged to the card on file: $100 for treatments of 30 to 60 minutes, $150 for treatments of 60 minutes or more, and $50 for consultations and follow-ups. Some appointments, including PDO threads, Sculptra and NAD IV therapy, require a 50% non-refundable deposit. After three no-shows or late cancellations, future services must be prepaid, and arriving more than 10 minutes late can lead to rescheduling. Services and products are not refunded, and results cannot be guaranteed. Clients are asked to arrange child care before appointments, and pets are not permitted during visits unless they are service animals.

Clinicians build a personalized treatment plan around each client's needs and goals, with a focus on natural-looking results that honor individual features and facial harmony, alongside holistic wellness.
