Rather than applying one standard protocol, the team selects treatments to suit each client's skin, goals and current needs. Factors such as stress, sleep, digestion, blood sugar balance, nutrition and lifestyle are considered alongside what shows on the skin. The stated aim is skin that is healthier, stronger and more resilient, rather than perfect skin.

Facials range from the Ette Signature Facial and the longer Modality Facial, which combines several modalities in one personalized session, to Lift and Sculpt facials built on hands-on sculpting, facial massage and lymphatic-focused movement. The NeuroTriS Microcurrent Facial uses microcurrent to help lift, tone and sculpt. HydraFacial options run from a 30-minute Express version to a Platinum session that begins with lymphatic drainage. Dermaplaning is offered as a stand-alone Express service or within a longer facial.

Injectable services include Botox, dermal fillers, B12 injections and PRF. Lash services include lifts, tints, classic and hybrid or volume sets and fills. A complimentary 15-minute phone discovery call can help clients choose a service, though it is not a skin consultation. An in-studio skin imaging consultation with the Zemits VeraFace Skin Analysis System takes 45 minutes.

The skin transformation programs begin with a comprehensive consultation and include a Nutri-Q assessment, home care, nutrition guidance and lifestyle support. Supplement recommendations are made through Fullscript when appropriate. Programs run from one month to six months, and the Age Well program is offered monthly with a recommended three-month commitment. Clients are asked to arrive on time and complete intake forms before their visit, and to share accurate health, skincare and medication information.

Treatments are personalized around each client's skin goals, lifestyle and long-term aging goals, with a focus on supporting skin function, strengthening the skin barrier and aging well.
