The Aesthetic Collective opened in 2021 under co-owners Kelsey Hawkins and Cori Lamm, both nurse anesthetists, and operates from a location on South Pleasantburg Drive in Greenville. The business was first known as Afterglow Aesthetics, and its hair salon side previously operated as blend hair salon.

About

Medical aesthetics services include facials, injectables, lasers and microneedling, and the salon offers cuts, highlights, lived-in color, extensions, special occasion styling and conditioning treatments. The salon says its stylists aim to give each client a personalized experience.

Facial appointments ask clients to arrive ten minutes early for a consultation and to change into a body wrap. The custom facial runs 60 minutes and begins with an ultrasonic double cleanse, enzyme exfoliation and a skin analysis, then moves through extractions, finishing products and a massage of the face, neck, shoulders and scalp.

Hours are 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday and 9 AM to 3 PM on Saturday, with Sunday closed. Bookings are made through the Book Now link on the website, and contact form messages are answered within 48 hours. Anyone interested in joining the team can email a resume.

Each client starts with a personalized consultation and receives a custom treatment plan. Injectables follow a natural approach aimed at softening facial lines and restoring volume lost with age, and the business aims for a complete visit that supports balance, rest, expression and calm rather than a single service.
