The A.Ronet Way is a platform that combines nonprofit care, beauty services and editorial support. It is led by its founder, Allegra, and has served the Pasadena community since 2012 from the same historic building.

The platform is made up of three parts: A.Ronet Cosmotherapy, which offers therapeutic support for mothers and women; Born Again Beauty Inc., a nonprofit that provides resources, support and empowerment to women in recovery; and Righteous Perceptions. The business describes its offering as a complete restoration system, and its focus is helping women reconnect with their identity through remembrance and emotional restoration.

The hair side is a full-service salon. Clients can book natural hair consultations and maintenance, loc starts and retwists, box braids, knotless braids, cornrows, flat twists, two-strand twists, lemonade braids and silk presses. Some services are priced by length or detail, and the knotless youth cornrows are priced by their technical details. Consultations are offered for both natural hair and starter locs, so clients can talk through their goals before booking.

Wellness services sit alongside the hair menu. They include short check-ins on progress and goals, recovery encouragement, peer support through shared experience, help finding community resources, life transition guidance, self-care planning and confidence coaching. Sessions are one-on-one or peer-based and are not clinical.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm Central, with Saturdays by appointment only. Appointments are booked online through the website, and donations can be made there too by choosing the Say Yes B.A.B.I option. The business sells its own line of haircare products through an online shop.
