The salon offers pedicures in three named tiers. The OG Pedi costs $45 and covers a soak for the feet, nail and cuticle tending, filing and shaping, softening of calluses, mild exfoliation, a massage and a polish of your choice. The #MeTime Pedi is $55. The Boujee B Pedi costs $75 and adds longer pampering and upgraded treatments. The Natural Nail Recovery Treatment, priced at $45, is meant for natural nails that are weak, brittle or peeling. It is a cosmetic service rather than a medical one. Nail art is priced in five tiers, from Simple to Extreme/Freestyle, according to design time and complexity, and final pricing may vary.

Fill timing is tied to how long ago the last set was done: a Maintenance Fill for clients returning within two weeks, a Rebalance for 15 to 28 days, and a Major Rebalance for longer gaps, where a soak-off and new set may be needed instead. Acrylic and SNS or dip enhancements cannot be removed at the salon and must be taken off elsewhere before the appointment. Custom press-on sets are handmade to order and begin with a paid consultation, and a non-refundable deposit is taken before the set is started and applied to the final balance. The Essential Boi membership is $95 a month and includes two maintenance fills, priority booking, 5% off eligible services and a complimentary Tier 1 nail art in the client's birthday month.

Hours are Wednesday to Saturday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM and Sunday from 9 AM to 3:30 PM, with the salon closed Monday and Tuesday. Evening appointments of 120 minutes carry a $25 after-hours fee, and new clients pay a $5 deposit for them. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a fee of 50% of booked services; less than 24 hours or a no-call/no-show is charged at 100%. Arrivals 15 or more minutes late may be canceled and charged. Repeated cancellations can lead to booking restrictions, and emergencies are reviewed one at a time. Packages apply their credit automatically at checkout when booked on the services page. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount and are final sale.
