Every service comes with a complimentary drink (coffee, water, tea, soda or wine) and snacks, and shampoo includes a scalp massage and a warm towel on the neck. A visit begins with a thorough consultation, and stylists explain how to keep the look up at home.

Blonding is a major focus. Options include face framing blonde, partial blonding built with teasylights, balayage or highlight placement, and full blonding with custom placement, toner, wash, blowout and style. Mini foil blonding is also offered. Color services cover glaze, root retouch, all over color, and gloss or toner. Hair extensions are done with Invisible Bead Extensions, a hand-tied method that the salon describes as seamless with no tension and no exposed beads. Pricing varies, and a consultation is required first. Keratin treatments start at $275, and according to the salon they last up to six months.

Bridal work includes hair and makeup trials, wedding day services, wedding party hair and makeup, flower girl styling for children 10 and under, and nails and spray tans for engagements and bridal showers. A trial run is recommended two to three months before the wedding, and brides are asked to bring inspiration photos and try at least two styles. A $50 booking fee holds the date, is separate from service pricing, and is non-refundable. Full payment for services is due two weeks before the wedding.

Clients receive a confirmation text or email 72 hours before the appointment and a reminder 24 hours before. The salon enforces a strict no-show and cancellation policy. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
