Keratin is offered in two versions: an express treatment that conditions, relaxes and reduces frizz for about 4 to 6 weeks, and an original treatment that lasts 4 to 6 months. Extensions can be installed, and hand-tied extension consultations are available. A free 15-minute new client consultation is available to talk through hair goals before booking a service. Prices for color, gloss, root and keratin services can change after that consultation, so the final price depends on the plan.

Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged the full appointment price, as is a no-call no-show. Habitual or repeated last-minute cancellations and no-shows are not accepted. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
