The main work is braiding, grouped into bohemian braids, knotless braids, twists, box braids, cornrows and a catch-all category for other hair styles. Bohemian braids are knotless braids with soft, flowing curls left out through the length, offered in several sizes from extra small to large plus a medium bohemian twist. Knotless braids are tension-free, with neat parts and a clean, natural look, and come in sizes from extra small up to jumbo. Twists include island twists and Senegalese twists, which are described as smooth, full and lightweight. Box braids are classic square-parted braids available at any length, and cornrows are offered in clean, even styles, including stitched designs.

Each style is adjusted to the client's hair length, texture and the look they want. Braids are sealed with hot water, so clients are asked to stay still during and right after dipping and to speak up if they feel discomfort. Clients with allergies, scalp tenderness or a sensitive scalp should mention it to their stylist before the service starts.

Deposits, timing and payment are set out in advance. Certain services require a non-refundable $30 deposit to hold a booking. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice, and no-shows or late cancellations may forfeit the deposit or incur a fee. Arriving 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling. Hair should arrive clean, dry and fully detangled unless the service includes washing, and extra fees may apply for detangling or prep. Payment is due right after service by cash, Zelle, Cash App or card, depending on availability. Tools, chairs and stations are sanitized between clients. Extra guests are not allowed unless approved, children must be able to sit calmly, and clients who feel sick are asked to reschedule. The business is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
