Tesia Lee Esthetics was founded by Tesia Lee, a licensed esthetician, and works with clients across Los Angeles and Palos Verdes. The Los Angeles studio's listed hours are Friday from 10 am to 1 pm, and the Palos Verdes Estates location is at Via Tejon.

The facial menu runs from a 45-minute Dermaplaning Facial at $175 and a 45-minute Chemical Peel at $225 up to the Classic Facial, a one-hour session at $300 that is adjusted during the appointment to the skin's concerns that day and may include exfoliation, dermaplaning, manual extractions, cryotherapy, oxygen and LED light. The Signature Facial at $350 is the longest option and combines hydrafacial technology, manual extractions, cryotherapy, deep tissue lift-and-sculpt massage, LED light and a CO2 carboxy mask. The Clarifying Facial at $250 is a one-hour option for oily, congested, acne-prone or unbalanced skin. The Nano-Infusion Facial at $200 is a non-invasive treatment that creates microscopic channels in the outer layer of skin to help topical products absorb.

The Skincare Consultation is a one-on-one session at $50, offered virtually or in person, and is built around a client's skin goals and current routine. Afterward clients receive a personalized follow-up email with a routine and product suggestions, along with lifestyle and wellness guidance and direct text and email support for up to 10 weeks. A follow-up consultation is suggested about six to eight weeks after the first. Products are purchased separately from the consultation.

Dermaplaning is not recommended for active or cystic acne breakouts, so clients with those should ask before booking it. Customers who notice unexpected irritation or have questions about using a product are asked to contact the business before starting a return.

Products can be picked up free at the studio, which takes about 15 minutes, or shipped within the United States. Orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific are processed the same day, and later, weekend or holiday orders are processed the next business day. Orders ship within one to two business days, with a tracking link sent once shipped. Shipments go via USPS, UPS or FedEx to all 50 states, including P.O. boxes and military addresses through USPS, and deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories may take two to three extra business days. Shipping address errors must be reported within one hour of ordering. Unopened, unused products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method or an exchange. Standard returns are paid by the customer, while defective or damaged items receive a prepaid label and a replacement. Refunds, exchanges or store credit take three to five business days after the return is received and inspected. International shipping is not offered.
