Surgical services span body, breast, face and men's procedures, and reconstructive work is offered for people affected by cancer, trauma or birth abnormalities. The medspa side includes injectables such as Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau and Xeomin, several dermal fillers, and skin treatments ranging from laser hair removal and peels to microneedling and CryoPen lesion removal. Treatments are offered to men and women of all ethnicities.
The practice describes its core principles as personalized care, improving patients' self-esteem and high levels of service. Its offices are set up for consultations, surgery and follow-up care, and the staff spends time educating patients about their cosmetic options before any decision is made.
Each day includes time for surgery as well as evaluations of new and existing patients. Consultations with Dr. Terrasse can be booked through the website, and complimentary skin care evaluations are available with licensed medical aestheticians. Computer imaging helps patients review potential treatments and plan surgery. Pre-operative instructions are given verbally and in writing for each procedure. Office procedures are paid at the time of service, aesthetic surgery fees are due two weeks before surgery, and financing can be discussed with the client coordinator. Most aesthetic procedures are not covered by insurance. Office hours are generally 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday and 9am to noon on Saturdays, with earlier or later appointments sometimes arranged for patients with special needs. Complimentary valet is offered in the circle drive between the 700 and 800 Buildings, and free parking lots are in front of the 700 Building and beside the 800 and 900 Buildings. In bad weather, an underground tunnel connects to Building 700D from the hospital and the 800 and 900 Buildings.
Patient coordinators can help out-of-town patients and families with travel, overnight accommodations and temporary care providers.
