Its menu is wide: facials and facial add-ons, microdermabrasion, peels, dermaplaning and micro-needling, a long waxing menu, brow lamination, keratin lash lifts and lash tinting, and organic semi-permanent makeup for brows, eyeliner and lips.

The facial menu centers on four Vie de Mer Paris treatments: Blueberry Brightening, Illuminating Vitamin C, Luxe Lift and Skin Soothing. Each comes in a 50-minute Custom version or an 80-minute Signature version. Every Vie de Mer facial includes an oxygen cleanse, exfoliation, optional extraction, a massage, treatment masks, and a routine of serums, oils and moisturizers chosen for the client, along with a skin care consultation. The business says these products are made in small batches and are sold only at the salon. Add-ons such as LED light therapy, high frequency, an eye treatment, oxygen, and a 24 karat gold collagen jelly mask can be added to most facials. Treatment boosting ampoules are used during a treatment, and any leftover ampoules can be taken home.

Semi-permanent makeup is applied with an electronically powered machine and a fine needle. The business compares the process to tattooing but describes it as gentler, with the pigment placed more shallowly. Brows come in three styles: 3D Hair-Stroke Brows, which draw individual hair-like strokes and are offered in fluffy, sleek or wispy looks, including an option called Undone Brows; Powder Brows, which use one color across the brow; and Ombre Brows, which build color from the front toward the tail. Combo Brows mix hair-stroke and shading, and the technique is chosen at consultation. Eyeliner can go on the upper lid, lower lid or both, in Lash Enhancer, Liquid-Look Liner or Whipshaded styles. Lip blushing adds color, shapes the lip and adds definition, with shades ranging from subtle to dramatic. The business says its eyeliner is swim-proof, shower-proof and gym-proof, and that its pigments are hypoallergenic. Eyeliner and brow prices include a first touch-up, and a complimentary phone consultation is offered for semi-permanent makeup.

Waxing uses biodegradable hard wax and follows Parisian-style methods.

Booking can be done online or by calling 310-647-3467. A card is required at the time of booking, whether online, in person or by phone. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours notice are charged a 50% fee. If a client arrives 10 minutes or more late, the appointment is shortened by the length of the delay. Membership pricing is offered for some services, including the VIP facial and the Glow microdermabrasion membership.

The salon works with semi-permanent makeup and facial treatments that it describes as natural-looking and suited to clients whose skin does not take well to microblading. Facials are built around the client's skin, with a customized routine of products.
