Colour is the core of the menu. Services use Goldwell colour, including permanent and demi-permanent colour, highlighting and Elumen, Goldwell's no-lift permanent colour, which comes in many shades and tones and can be custom mixed. Options range from root touch-ups to allover colour, in standard or Elumen form. Colour is priced service by service, and very long or thick hair may carry an additional charge. Colour services are guaranteed and come with take-home products the stylist recommends.
Cutting and styling covers women's designs, men's clipper or scissor cuts, shampoo with a salon-style blow dry, and children's cuts priced by age. Younger children have their hair misted with water before cutting rather than being shampooed. A separate Styling Bar offers blow-dry and styling sessions of roughly 25 to 45 minutes, depending on length and density. The menu also includes highlighting in partial or full head sets and spot lights, short-hair and longer-hair perms, permanent straightening, a Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatment, Olaplex and custom treatments, waxing for the lip, chin and eyebrows, and special occasion styling. Brides are asked to book a consultation and hair preview, with any headpiece brought to that visit, and a separate appointment on the day of the event. Special occasion bookings are held with a credit card and are best made on dry hair washed the day before.
