The color menu covers base color for root touch-ups that cover grey and unwanted natural tones, custom highlights, total blonde or platinum card services, grey blending, fashion color and vivids, corrective color, and toner or gloss retouches that typically last four to six weeks. Cuts and blowouts are offered for women and children, along with updo styles and a combined toner or gloss, haircut and blowout service. Hair treatments include K18 peptide repair, Olaplex, Malibu, a Brazilian Blowout service called Rewind that the salon describes as an anti-aging reparative in-salon treatment, and a keratin smoothing treatment that reduces frizz and adds shine. Tape-in extensions are the extension service offered, and each extension booking begins with a consultation.

Booking is handled online. A consultation is recommended before most services, and the color and extension consultations are offered at no charge and take 15 minutes each. Extension applications require a consultation first, plus a deposit taken at that visit. A credit card is needed to hold an appointment. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours notice, and appointments canceled inside that window are charged 25% of the service amount. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule if the service no longer fits the remaining time. If no online times are open for several weeks, clients can join a waitlist from the booking screen. Buy Now Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Consultations come before the bigger color and extension services, so the look, color match, length and maintenance are settled in advance.
