Appointments are booked online through GlossGenius. The studio is open Tuesday to Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 2 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and it is closed on Mondays and Sundays.
The menu is organized as a single hair group. Cuts come in three styles: a Short Haircut for hair at shoulder length or above, which is priced at $85, takes about an hour and includes scissor fades, though it does not include mullets; a Creative Haircut, mostly done with a razor for texture and shape detail; and a Long Haircut, mostly done with shears for classic, bouncy shapes such as butterfly layers, and intended mainly for type 1 to 3c hair. The Creative and Long Haircuts are each 90 minutes at $100.
Color work covers All Over Color, Creative Color, Regrowth Color, Highlight Refresh, Custom Foil, Bleach + Tone and Gloss / Glaze. Before a color appointment, clients can book a free 30-minute consultation. Consultation bookings ask clients to describe the hair they want and their hair history from two to five years ago in the booking notes, and to include an Instagram handle. Deposits of $10 are required for the Short, Creative and Long Haircut bookings. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
