Extensions are a major part of the menu. Options include clip-in installs, tape-in, traditional and braidless sew-ins, microlinks, K-tip, quick weaves, U-Part wig installs and hybrid methods that combine sewn, tape or microlink attachments. Several extension services can include hair purchased from the salon, and the salon carries weft extensions in Kinky Straight, OG Curl, Spanish Curl and Relaxed Straight textures, along with a raw hair collection. Color services range from regrowth touch-ups to full single-process color, balayage and double process color.

Several services need a consultation before booking, including balayage, Brazilian Blowout, tape-in and microlink extensions, and special occasion up dos. Hours are 11 am to 5 pm on Tuesdays and 11 am to 4 pm on Fridays; the salon is closed Mondays, Saturdays and Sundays. A non-refundable deposit applies to all services and goes toward the appointment, with the balance due on the day. Appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 48 hours ahead. Later cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled services, and no-shows pay 100%. A 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, after which a $25 late fee is charged, and appointments more than 30 minutes late are cancelled. Services are not refunded, though clients may request an adjustment of the same service within one week. Additional guests, including children, are not permitted. Gift cards and OG Signature Packages are available through the booking page.
