The menu covers kids and adult box braids, knotless braids, and boho versions of both, along with French braids, a full head of plaits for kids, and plaits for boys. Braids and twists are available without weave or extensions, and crochet styles are offered too. Adult and kids haircuts and clipper cuts are on the list, and add-ons such as detangling are available. Kids haircuts include shampoo, a one-length trim and a braided style with an accessory, while tangles and blow dry are extra. A kids haircut needs a detangle add-on if the last cut was four or more months earlier.

Pricing starts at $100 for kids braids without weave, $170 for kids box braids and $220 for kids knotless braids, with $25 added for color or curly boho hair. Adult box braids start at $250 and adult knotless braids at $300 for a medium size, with boho options and extra curly hair priced separately. Adult braid clients bring their own hair, and for kids braids with weave, clients note their hair color in the appointment notes. Braid extensions are said to last about four to eight weeks for kids box braids and eight to twelve weeks for knotless and adult braids. Birthday and party hairstyles are available, including braided styles, accessories and hair scents, booked by email, call or text.

Individual braids booked online need a $50 non-refundable deposit by invoice, or the appointment is cancelled. Cancellations require at least 72 hours' notice, and later cancellations may be charged half the service price. A no-call, no-show is charged 75 percent of the scheduled service, and repeat no-shows may need to prepay future bookings. Arriving 10 to 15 minutes late may shorten or reschedule the appointment and bring a late fee.
