The salon is run by Jack Sanders and Kris Sanders, who work together on the hair design for each client. Jack leads the salon as owner stylist and has a long career in creative hair work, with photo shoots, runway work, product partnerships and teaching in the United States and abroad. Kris brings her own decades of experience in creative design and finishing, and her work focuses on looks tailored to each client.

The color menu includes single process and double process color, non-ammonia color, demi-color, gel toner, dimensional highlights, balayage, weaves and color correction. Haircuts range from men's and women's cuts to fringe trims and a dry-cut add-on. Styling includes blowouts, and treatments include deep conditioning, K-18, a keratin express blowout, a keratin smoothing treatment and the Milbon Japanese System.

Appointments are required. The salon is open Tuesday from 10 AM to 1 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM. Clients are asked to give 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, as a 50% service charge applies otherwise, and to set cell phones to silent on arrival.

Jack and Kris design each client's hair together, combining creative technique with careful finishing and a focus on how the look suits everyday life.
