The salon's education is rooted in Toni & Guy International Hairdressing Company. It has worked with industry brands including Goldwell, Pravana, Schwarzkopf, R+Co and KMS. The salon says it has exclusive education that lets its team create custom, tailored hairstyles for every client.

Visits are by appointment. Clients can book online through the book now button or by calling or messaging during business hours, and walk-ins are not guaranteed a service. New Kerasilk clients need an in-person consultation before booking. Color correction is offered by consultation only, and specialty up-do styles also require one. A hair styling consultation is complimentary.

Prices start at $30 for a child's cut for kids under 10, and go up to $325 for Kerasilk smoothing treatments on medium and long hair. Before a booking for any chemical service is confirmed, a deposit of half the minimum total for that service is due, and the final price can come in above the starting figure.
