The studio's stated aim is to take as many stressors out of the salon visit as possible. It rarely double-books, so each guest receives the same attention, and it is a gratuity-free establishment. Clients get four hours of free parking, and silent appointments are available for anyone who wants to work, rest or enjoy quiet during their visit.

Before a service starts, if a desired look would need significantly more time, labor or product than the booked appointment, the studio tells the client about the price difference first. Adjustments are complimentary within seven days of the appointment. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged 50% of the service total, except for sickness or emergencies. Questions can be sent by text to (323) 901-8225.

Beyond color, the menu includes haircuts with blowdry, wash and blowdry, and bang trims. Smoothing options are a Brazilian Blowout for frizz and texture and Brazilian Bangs for the fringe alone. A shorter treatment visit without blowdry is also available, with the treatment chosen from an add-on menu.
