Tease Salon

Tease Salon was opened in 2020 by sisters Teal K. and Leah K., who co-own the business. The salon's stated aim is to offer a luxury hair experience in a warm, welcoming setting, and it describes itself as a place where clients receive hair customized for them.

Blonding is the salon's specialty, alongside dimensional color and hair extensions. Services run from the Tease Signature Blonding range, which includes lived-in, bright and heavy highlight looks, to Tease Custom Color for gloss, dimensional lowlights, gray coverage and fashion color. Clients who want more length or volume can book Tease Luxury Extensions, or The Full Tease, which combines a color service with extensions.

Haircuts are customized, from long layers to blunt bobs. Custom color services use Redken and Pulp Riot color lines. Blonding clients receive guidance on at-home products and a maintenance schedule so they know how to care for their color between visits.

A visit starts with a booking by text for existing clients, or an online intake form for new clients, followed by a call within 24 to 48 hours to plan the appointment. Clients can also book a complimentary in-person or phone consultation to ask about pricing and services. Pricing varies by stylist and is quoted on request once a stylist and service have been chosen. Assistants may help with shampooing, blow-drying and other parts of a service, even where a stylist has no dedicated assistant. Gift cards can be bought online and sent by email or printed.
