The menu is grouped into hair services, color transformations, lash services, facials and brow and waxing services. Hair work covers cuts with blow dries, washes, base color, highlights, dimensional low-maintenance color, gloss and toner, formal event styling, hair extensions and a Brazilian blowout smoothing treatment. Lash options include lifts with tints, classic, mixed and volume full sets, and fills. Facials include a customizable GEM facial and dermaplaning, which can be added to a facial or to a lash appointment. Brows and waxing cover shaping, tinting, lamination with tint and shape, and Brazilian waxing.

Color is planned with some care. New color clients complete a pre-consultation by text or email, sending current natural-light photos of their hair, inspiration photos and a record of chemical services from the past five years, and a deposit reserves the appointment. Prices depend on hair length, thickness, time required and how much product is used, and each service includes a set amount of product with extra charged. Adjustments are complimentary when they stay within the scope of the original consultation.

Every GEM stylist completes a hands-on training program. Appointments longer than an hour require a deposit of half the service total, due at booking by phone or in person. Appointments without a deposit within 24 hours are cancelled automatically, and appointments are confirmed by text link. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. Tips cannot be added to card payments, though cash or Venmo gratuity is accepted. The salon does not offer refunds, but clients may raise a service concern within seven days of an appointment. Gift cards are sold in the salon or by phone and stay on the recipient's profile until used.

According to the salon, the team aims for skill, consistency and confidence across its services, and every stylist completes a hands-on training program.
