Clients can book through the online booking system or message their stylist directly. Appointments are encouraged, though walk-ins and last-minute visits are welcome. Consultations are free: a 15-minute conversation about hair goals and a plan, and a 30-minute consultation before extension work. A 40% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Prices vary by stylist, with balayage listed at $155, full highlights at $135 and extension installs starting at $300.

Bridal styling is available, and the team can coordinate makeup artists for a wedding-day look. Bridal packages and custom beauty experiences can be requested through the Contact page, which the salon says it answers within two business days. The salon is open Monday through Saturday, with weekday evenings open late, and closed on Sundays.
