Clients can book through the website's scheduling page. Microblading consultations are arranged by phone or text, and questions about academy classes can be sent to the same number.

Beyond the studio chairs, the business teaches lash design through Lash Academy. Its two-day Classic course is aimed at beauticians and cosmetologists and covers eye anatomy, client assessment, product selection, safety and disinfection, application, styles and removal, with practice on mannequins and live models. A two-day Extreme Volume course is for experienced lash designers and focuses on volume fan application and layering. Both include a training manual, a starter kit, ongoing support and a certificate of completion.

Combines client lash and brow services with structured, hands-on training for other lash professionals.
