Full sets come in four styles. Light Volume places extensions only on the bottom lash line for a natural, hybrid-like look. Volume covers the top and bottom lash lines for a fuller effect that is less dramatic than mega volume. Mega Volume uses a hand-made fan of extensions on each natural lash, and Wispy uses a hand-made wisp on each lash for a feathered finish. Full sets take about 3 hours and cost $160.

Fills are booked 8 to 18 days after the previous appointment and include a complimentary lash bath. Mini Fill is a 1-hour touch-up for clients returning within 1 to 7 days, at $60. Light Volume, Mega Volume, Volume and Wispy fills are $80 and take 2 hours. Outgrown lashes are removed and replaced during fills, and shed lashes are refilled. Clients who have lost more than 40% of their extensions are asked to book a full set instead, and a fill with less than 40% remaining may need extra time and be charged at full set price. The studio recommends fills every 2 to 3 weeks to keep the look.

A visit starts with no makeup, products or lash glue on the face, eyes or lashes, and first-time clients are asked to arrive 5 minutes early. Clients keep their eyes closed for the whole service and avoid talking or texting on the phone unless it is an emergency. Children under 12 are not allowed in the salon during appointments. Payment is by card or tap to pay only; Zelle, Cash App, Venmo and cash are not accepted. Cancellations need 24 hours notice, and clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled with 50% of the service charged to the card on file. There are no returns or refunds.

Add-ons include lash removal, a 1-hour service at $30 that uses a cream remover left on for 10 to 15 minutes, followed by a deep cleaning and lash bath. An allergy patch test costs $20 and takes 30 minutes, with three lashes applied to each eye and reactions checked over 48 hours before a full set. A 5-minute under-eye treatment at $5 uses chilled hydrogel pads and a plant extract. A 30-minute complimentary touch-up within 2 days of an appointment can adjust a set for free. The studio also offers gift cards and a balance check.
