Massages include Classic Swedish in 50 or 75 minute sessions, Deep Tissue Swedish, a prenatal massage for the second and third trimesters, and a 75-minute Hot Stone Massage using heated basalt stones.

Several services are designed for two people. The Togetherness Facial for Two, Togetherness Massage for Two and Togetherness Wrap for Two each have guests booked side by side with a single provider. The Couples Massage Lesson is a 50-minute session in which each partner learns and gives basic massage techniques with a private instructor, and it includes a bottle of aromatherapy oil.

Guests who want a longer visit can book one of three packages. The Interlude pairs a 60-minute relaxation massage with a healing clay face mask. The Idyll combines a Swedish massage and a spa facial in 90 minutes. Spa guests may also use the public areas of the Elk Forge Inn, including nature trails, gardens, a putting green, hammocks and a deck, before or after an appointment.
