Hours are set for clients with daytime commitments: evenings Monday through Friday from 5:30 to 8:30 PM and Saturdays from 9 AM to 4 PM, with Sunday closed. Appointments outside those hours can be requested for a $25 per hour surcharge. Clients can text or call 302-690-1955 during business hours.

Cancellations and no-call, no-show visits made on the same day are charged the full service price. Deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, and the studio notes its policies may change at any time. Buy Now, Pay Later can be arranged in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Several services are tailored to the individual client. The deluxe facial is customized to skin concerns, the lash set is planned after a consultation on length, style and look, and the Learn Your Own Face lesson uses the client's own products and requires a $50 deposit.
