Color and cut appointments are booked online. Clients can also text or call the individual stylist they want to ask a question before a visit. The salon says it values clients' time and comfort at every appointment. Clients are asked to silence their cell phones and to limit phone use to the processing time for color or treatments. Children are not allowed in the waiting room unless they are being serviced, and because the waiting area is small, clients are asked to keep the number of people waiting with them to a minimum.

Cancellations need 48 hours' notice. Cancellations inside that window, same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the service total. Deposits may be required for certain services, and repeated no-shows may lead to a request for payment in advance for future appointments.
