Visits open with a consultation, which the studio recommends before booking if you are unsure which service fits, and color correction always requires one first. The website describes each appointment as a luxury experience. Bookings are made online through the studio's Square booking page.
Services are grouped into wig installation, sew-ins, braids, ponytails, quick weaves, color and chemical services, texture and smoothing, silk presses, haircuts and add-ons. Listed prices are starting prices, and the final cost depends on hair length, density, chemical history, the result you want, products used and appointment time. For frontal installs, a wig dropped off at least 48 hours before the appointment is customized in advance. Custom units ordered from the studio should be placed 7 to 10 days ahead, and wigs on hand can be bought the day of the appointment.
If a client brings their own unit and it is not dropped off 48 hours ahead, customizing it during the appointment adds $35 for frontal and 360 installs and $25 for closure installs. Sew-in hair is purchased separately from the service.
The studio plans each appointment around the individual client, beginning with a consultation, and says it focuses on continued education, advanced techniques and premium products.
