TBT offers a wide range of hair work, from sister locs, instant locs and loc extensions to starter dreads, dread retwists and dread take-down. Braiding includes cornrow extensions, box braids, crochet braids, wavy crochet braids and two strand twists. Extension services cover sew-ins, closures, quickweaves and wig installs, natural hair work includes silk presses, shampoo sets, rod sets and comb twists, and there are kids' braids and styles as well. Makeup is sold under the MOOREFACES name and includes brow tinting, lashes, brows and glam looks.

The studio is open Tuesday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday. A consultation is free. Micro locs and micro beading require a $150 deposit before booking, which clients pay by contacting their stylist. All makeup clients pay a $25 deposit. Several braiding and extension services are offered Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday before 4 p.m., some extension work requires checking with the stylist before booking on Fridays, and individual crochets are not offered on weekends.
