Each facial begins with a consultation and skin analysis, and the products, pressure and timing are chosen for the client's skin. The home routine is adjusted as the skin changes. For corrective concerns, facials are usually booked as a series about three to four weeks apart, while routine facials are suggested every four to six weeks. Clients are asked to avoid retinol, acids and exfoliants for three days before a facial and for 48 hours after, and to skip waxing or sun exposure on the treated area in the week before.

The facial menu ranges from a $60 mini facial and an $80 teen facial designed for younger skin to a $200 HydraFacial with no downtime. The Luxury Facial, which the business describes as its signature treatment, includes a double cleanse, exfoliation, steam, extractions, a mask and a facial and neck massage. Anti-acne and anti-aging facials, an oxygen facial, microdermabrasion and vitamin C brightening facials are also offered, and LED light therapy, microdermabrasion, high frequency and dermaplaning can be added to any facial for $19.99 each.

Waxing uses premium hard wax on sensitive areas and soft wax on larger areas. Sugaring is done with a paste of sugar, lemon and water, and the Sugar Brazilian uses an all-natural sugar paste. Hair should be about a quarter inch long, roughly two weeks of growth, and clients should not shave between visits. Waxing is usually repeated every four to six weeks. Every body wax on the list is available to men at the same price.

Appointments can be booked through the booking page for each service, or by calling or texting 346-219-3881. Changes and cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Gift cards are sold on the booking page. Opening times are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Monday through Thursday and on Saturday, with Friday running until 8:00 PM; the salon is closed on Sundays.
