The menu covers hair cuts and trims, styling, color, and a wide range of protective and install work, including braids, weaves, sew-ins and extensions. Several services are paired, such as a silk press with a root touch-up or a balayage color correction.

Silk presses are a central service. The standard silk press includes shampoo, blowout and styling, and is priced by length up to 22 inches. A separate pixie cut silk press is offered for natural hair and is done without a hot comb.

For wig and install clients, options include a traditional sew-in with a leave-out, a lace closure sew-in that aims for a natural hairline, closure installs, quick weaves with or without bundles, and a takedown service. The salon also sells two Buss Down wig units in several sizes.
