Extensions are a large part of the menu. The studio uses Bellami Hair and color matches clients' hair to it. The V Light full-head install uses the Aqua V light system, a handheld curing machine that activates a special adhesive. First-time extension clients need an in-person consultation, and color correction also starts with one.

Booking is done through a GlossGenius page. The studio is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 AM to 4 PM, Thursday and Friday from 11:30 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 8 AM to 2 PM, and it is closed Sunday and Monday. Services over $125 require a 25% non-refundable deposit that goes toward the appointment. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours carry a 25% non-refundable fee, and same-day cancellations are charged the full service price. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the visit.
