Appointments run on Mondays from 10 AM to 6 PM, Wednesdays from 12 PM to 7:30 PM, and Fridays from 10 AM to 4:30 PM. A 20% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment. A hair color consultation is offered at no charge and takes about 20 minutes.

Blonding and highlighting are the core of the menu. Transformative Blonding, starting at $300, is for first-time blonde clients with at least 5 inches of grow-out and takes about four hours, with toner and a blow dry included. Full and partial highlights suit 6 to 10 week maintenance, and deluxe versions are offered for clients with longer grow-out, thicker hair, platinum goals or a wish to go blonder. Balayage, from partial to full and including a transformative option starting at $300, is available for dimensional color.

Beyond color, the menu includes haircuts, root color, all-over color, on-scalp bleach for bleach and tone maintenance, toners, lowlights, face framing highlights, and treatments such as K18, Shine, Smoothing and Dry Scalp. Styling options include shampoo and style, toner refresh with a blow dry, and extension blowouts. Taya Sanders aims to give each client a personal experience and values building lasting relationships with clients.

The studio does not offer men's cuts, perms, or cuts shorter than the chin.
