The lash menu covers classic sets, light volume (2-3D) sets, mega volume sets in any effect, and Arabic lashes, which are listed as new. Refills every three weeks are priced separately for classic, light volume and mega volume sets. Lash lifts, a lift with tint for a longer-lasting curl and darker color, wispy or wet-effect additions, bottom lashes, removal and lash shampoo are also available. Listed session lengths run from 20 minutes for add-ons to 210 minutes for Arabic lashes.

Brow services include shaping customized to each client's features and preferences, tinting, a shaping and tinting pack, and lamination that smooths and sets brow hairs for up to eight weeks. Eyebrow extensions add extra hairs to a client's own brows to thicken them, and a lamination, tinting and shaping pack is also offered. Facials range from dermaplaning and a facial massage that includes cleansing, toning and finishing care, to a classic facial with enzyme exfoliation and steam, a deep pore cleansing facial for oily or problem skin, and an anti-aging facial using a glycolic or lactic peel with a lifting serum massage and collagen mask. Six-session packages are offered for the deep cleansing facial and the face massage.

Pressotherapy is a lymphatic drainage massage that uses a device applying compressed air to the body. A single 50-minute session is priced at $90, and a ten-session course is priced at $800. The studio states that the course is meant to reduce leg swelling, support lymphatic drainage and improve sleep.

Booking requires at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made later are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-shows without notice are charged the full service fee and may need to prepay future bookings. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling and a late fee. Some services carry deposits from $25 to $400, and some apply only to new clients. In-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid through Buy Now, Pay Later, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and are final once sold. The studio also offers a two-day basic lash extension course taught in Russian, with a certificate and guidance on obtaining a license, and advanced 8-hour lash courses, including a PRO version.
