Team artists are trained by Tash before they handle weddings on their own.

Bridal inquiries receive an email reply with a bridal contract within two business days. A wedding date is held only once a signed contract and a paid retainer are in place, and the retainer is invoiced after the contract is countersigned. Clients may book an optional bridal preview before signing once the date is confirmed available; previews are best in late morning or early afternoon because of the studio lighting. The final payment is due seven days before the wedding, and clients receive a prep email and a day-of timeline. Travel for bridal appointments is charged at $1 for each round-trip mile when the trip is under 100 miles, and $2 per round-trip mile beyond 100 miles. This applies once the $700 service minimum has been met. For bridal parties, the travel fee depends on how many artists go out and how many round-trip miles the trip covers from the studio. Any wedding more than 200 round-trip miles away is treated as a destination wedding and requires additional accommodations.

Non-bridal hair and makeup is mostly done at the studio, with on-site appointments as an option. Non-bridal makeup is priced at $150 and non-bridal hair styling starts at $65. On-site bookings require a $700 minimum, and travel is not included in non-bridal pricing. Weekend appointments from Friday to Sunday are rarely available and cannot be booked more than 30 days ahead. Makeup lessons include one-on-one sessions starting at $250, virtual one-on-one sessions starting at $150, and private group lessons available on request for artists and enthusiasts of any skill level, from beginners to salons wanting to build skills and everyday makeup lovers.
