Appointments are booked online through the business's GlossGenius page, and a credit card is required at booking. Cancellations made online are accepted with a 12-hour window, and a 20% fee applies to missed appointments, so clients are asked to notify the business as soon as possible to reschedule. Brow work includes a brow tint at 25 minutes, a wax and tint at about 40 minutes that uses a semi-permanent dye after shaping and lasts around four weeks, and a brow lamination that softens the hairs with a chemical solution and reshapes them, lasting four to six weeks. Brows should stay dry for 24 hours after lamination. Lamination can be combined with wax, tint or both, and the 45 and 60 minute versions take longer.

Facial services include a 45 minute facial and a 40 minute dermaplaning treatment, which uses a surgical scalpel to exfoliate manually and remove dead skin and peach fuzz. The 50 minute dermaplane facial adds a short massage-style facial and a facial serum. Lash services include a 45 minute lash lift that curls natural lashes for six to eight weeks, a 25 minute lash tint that lasts up to four weeks, and a 60 minute lift with black or brown tint. A lash lift and tint can also be booked for two, so a second guest can have her lashes done during the same 75 minute appointment.

Packages bundle the most common combinations: a facial with lash lift and tint, lashes and brows together, and a longer visit covering a facial, lash lift and tint, and brow lamination. Waxing options cover the lip, chin and brows individually or together. Hours are Monday and Wednesday 8:30 AM to 8 PM, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 12 PM, and Sunday closed.
