The lash menu is organized into full sets, refills and add-ons. Full sets come in Classic, Hybrid, Volume and Extra Volume, and the styles range from soft, everyday looks to dramatic mega volume. The gallery shows Volume, Wispy Doll Eye, Classic Cat Eye, Hybrid and Angel sets. Angel lash is the studio's signature technique, and a bottom lash line can be added to any service. Classic full sets are listed at $110 and Extra Volume at $160.

Refills are recommended every two to three weeks, and a set needs at least 40% of the original lashes remaining to qualify as a refill. If more than four weeks have passed since the last appointment, the full set price applies. Lash loss that is unexpected and happens within three days can be fixed for free if the client gets in touch within 72 hours, and a fix under three days is also complimentary. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, late cancellations may carry a fee, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled. Concerns after a visit are handled through technical support or service vouchers, not cash refunds, if reported within 72 hours.

Before a first visit, the consultation covers the look the client wants, their daily routine and the health of their natural lashes. The artist then analyzes eye shape, lid structure and daily makeup before choosing a custom map for the set. Clients arrive with clean eyes free of makeup, mascara, eyeliner and eye cream, and are asked to avoid caffeine beforehand. Appointments are not booked for clients with eye irritation or recent eye surgery. Afterward, clients receive a lash wand and written aftercare: keep lashes dry for 24 to 48 hours, brush daily with a clean spoolie, and avoid oil-based products, swimming and facial steaming.

Clients can book online through Square, by phone or text, or by direct message. When booking, they can request a preferred artist or be matched with whoever is available.

The studio aims to enhance natural beauty without compromising lash health, selecting length, curl and weight that natural lashes can safely hold. Each set is mapped to the client's eye shape.
