Extensions come in Classic, Hybrid, Volume, Wet Style and Mega Volume styles. Each style has full sets and fills, with fills priced by how many weeks have passed since the last appointment. A Classic full set is $110 and takes about 2 hours, with a $90 price for new clients; the Mega Volume full set is $160, or $140 for new clients. Wispy sets are listed at $5. Every client gets custom lash mapping based on eye shape and facial features, and clients can either pick their preferred lash artist when booking or be matched with someone available. The studio also offers a signature technique it calls Angel lash.

Clients are asked to arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and to avoid mascara, eyeliner and eye cream beforehand. Every service includes a free aftercare kit with a lash wand and care tips. Lashes should stay dry for 24 to 48 hours and be kept away from oil-based products, swimming and facial steaming. Refills are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks, and at least 40 percent of the original lashes need to remain to qualify. Lash loss within 3 days is fixed free of charge if the client contacts the studio within 72 hours. Removals, fills from another salon and fixes are also offered, and fills from another salon are priced according to the lashes involved. The studio does not give cash refunds; concerns are handled through technical support or service vouchers, and must be raised within 72 hours of the appointment. Appointments should be cancelled or moved at least 24 hours ahead, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled.
