Services cover women's cuts and transformation cuts, gentlemen's classic cuts, children's haircuts, luxury blowouts and shampoo plus blow-dry. Color work includes base break color, all-over color, toner, shadow root, classic root touch-up and mask treatments. Highlights come in full, partial and mini sizes, with lived-in color and the Ultimate Blonde service for blonding. Root touch-ups can be paired with a mini, partial or full highlight, with a blow-dry or haircut added. Color correction is customized and needs a consultation first, priced at $90 per hour. Consultations are complimentary. Frizz-reducing smoothing treatments include Brazilian blowout, keratin express and keratin treatment.

Booking requires a valid credit card kept on file for all services, and deposits count toward the final total. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice during regular salon hours. Cancellations with less notice, same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full reserved amount. Services are not refunded, but clients get one complimentary adjustment with the same stylist within 14 days of the service date, scheduled within 4 days of the appointment. Retail products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase but are not refunded. Children are asked not to come along unless they are receiving a service.

Each stylist works as an independent artist with their own pricing and service menu, so the same service can be priced differently depending on who does it.
