The business is owned by Jim McCarrall and Mark McCarrall, who are both master stylists on the team. Mark moved to Murfreesboro in spring 1985 to pursue hairdressing. According to the salon, it was voted one of Salon Today's Top 200 Salons.

Hair services cover men's, women's and children's cuts, shampoo styles, color, highlights, balayage, extensions, permanent wave and treatments such as glossing and botanical hair therapy.
